As a purveyor (unlike a distributor), we manufacture and process a wide variety of food items to the individual specifications and needs of our customers – what you want, how you want it, and when you need it – fresh or frozen – with consistency and quality time after time.

Since creative innovation is our focus, we specialize in custom cutting, custom processing, and custom packaging – no matter the protein.

BEEF

All of our succulent selections of Kobe, Prime, High Choice, Choice, and Natural quality grades of beef are perfectly aged, U.S.D.A. inspected, and guaranteed to deliver that moist and juicy mouth-watering flavor you’d expect.

PORK

We present the best of the ‘other white meat’ from Sterling Silver Premium Pork selections. Certified by the American Heart Association, 9 out of 10 customers prefer it to conventional pork finding it 36% more tender and juicy even if overcooked.

CHICKEN

All of our high quality plump and succulent chicken comes from Washington Grown U.S.D.A. inspected farms—no hormones, steroids, or flavor enhancements, and they are humanly and minimally processed.

LAMB

We proudly offer domestic and imported (New Zealand, Australia) 100% natural lamb. Raised in limited quantities, our lamb selections include frozen and fresh custom cut racks, cutlets, chops, stew meat, sirloins, and tenderloins.

VEAL

Our veal cuts to create delicious dishes for any restaurant format. The upmost care has been taken in the preparation of all of our veal cuts ensuring the highest quality, mouth-watering product.
