Creole Rub
Makes 2 ½ cups
2 cups Creole mustard
1 cup minced onion
¼ cup minced garlic
3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
½ cup dry Cajun seasoning blend
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well blended. Keep covered and refrigerated until ready to use. Spread on beef just before cooking or up to 5 hours in advance.
